Offering Adoption Services
We are excited to be bringing an adoption unit to our organization. Stay tuned for more details; we are finishing the process to obtain our license from SWAN to become an affiliate.
Once we have our adoption license, we will be providing adoption and support services for children in foster care who need a forever home.

We will be working closely with pre adoptive families and children to provide the following services:
Child Preparation
Our team helps the child transition from being in a foster home to a permanent home
Child Profile
Our team creates a profile that is all about the child’s strengths, goals, history, likes/dislikes, etc. and describes the child’s personal journey from birth to the present
Family Profile
Our team creates a comprehensive report on the adoptive parent’s strengths, goals, history, home life; the process also helps to discuss any possible challenges when it comes to adopting from the foster care system and ways the adoptive parents would respond.
Finalization
Our team helps families with the steps needed to finalize the adoption process in the legal system
