Foster Care Coordinator
Full-Time | East Stroudsburg, PA | Travel Required
Access Foster Care and Adoption is seeking a compassionate professional to support children and adolescents living in foster homes, working closely with children and foster families to promote safety, stability, and healthy relationships. The Foster Care Coordinator develops and oversees individualized strengths-based service plans, coordinates resources and supports, conducts regular home visits, and ensures compliance with all agency, county, and state regulations. This position plays a vital role in helping children thrive, strengthening foster family connections, and advancing our mission of building vibrant futures and strong communities. The caseload is primarily in East Stroudsburg with an office base in Bethlehem for weekly team meetings and supervision.
